Prices
All prices displayed on the website are per piece, and you can choose whether they include or exclude VAT.
1-Year Warranty on All Products
We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products in our range. Damages caused by negligence, stone chips, parking damage, low tire pressure, tools used during installation/dismantling or balancing, etc. are not covered by the warranty. Normal care instructions are recommended.
Care Instructions
Cleaning of our aluminum rims should only be done with lukewarm water and mild car shampoo. The use of stronger chemicals or certain types of rim cleaning agents can cause finish damage. Similarly, our rims should not be exposed to road salt unless they are winter rated. Damages of this nature are NOT covered by the factory warranty.

Right of Withdrawal
PLEASE NOTE THAT A RETURN FEE OF 50% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURNS OF PRODUCTS FROM THE ORDER RANGE.
Refund
Refunds from Statusfälgar will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product and confirming that it is unused. A requirement for the right of withdrawal to apply is that the delivered products must be unused and packaged in their original packaging. If damage occurs or if the products are lost, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply.
Company Invoice
Credit Assessment:
When applying for payment via company invoice, a customary credit assessment is carried out, which may involve obtaining a credit report.
Payment Terms:
The due date and other terms for the company invoice are stated on the invoice. For invoice payments, the payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be added, as well as a late fee of 2% per month from the due date until full payment is made.
Transfer:
All company invoices will be Transfer to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments related to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.
GDPR:
When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, and we will share the business customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the claims that we have transferred to Svea Bank.
