Prices

All prices displayed on the website are per piece, and you can choose whether they include or exclude VAT.

1-Year Warranty on All Products

We provide a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products in our range. Damages caused by negligence, stone chips, parking damage, low tire pressure, tools used during installation/dismantling or balancing, etc. are not covered by the warranty. Normal care instructions are recommended.

Care Instructions

Cleaning of our aluminum rims should only be done with lukewarm water and mild car shampoo. The use of stronger chemicals or certain types of rim cleaning agents can cause finish damage. Similarly, our rims should not be exposed to road salt unless they are winter rated. Damages of this nature are NOT covered by the factory warranty.

Purchase Information

If you are unsure if what you are planning to order will fit your car, always contact us for recommendations before completing the purchase on the website. As a customer, you are responsible for providing us with all the information needed to deliver rims/wheels that fit your car. Has your car been modified in any way? Lowered? Or has larger brakes? You must inform us of these details. If you do not, we cannot guarantee that your new rims/wheels will fit your car.

Right of Withdrawal

As a private individual, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days on all products according to the Distance Contracts Act. The right of withdrawal applies from the moment you receive your product. The product must be in its original condition for the right of withdrawal to apply. If you have purchased rims from Statusfälgar, it is important that you handle the products with care before confirming that everything is functioning correctly. Upon receiving your packages, always test-fit one of the wheels on the front axle of your car. Leave the remaining packages unopened until you have confirmed that the first wheel fits. However, if the customer damages any of the products during installation or handling, Statusfälgar will not grant compensation for the respective product. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the return trip, as well as any costs for tire mounting/dismounting. PLEASE NOTE that the products must be returned in their original packaging to be approved.
PLEASE NOTE THAT A RETURN FEE OF 50% OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT WILL BE CHARGED FOR RETURNS OF PRODUCTS FROM THE ORDER RANGE.

Refund

Refunds from Statusfälgar will be processed within 30 days of receiving the returned product and confirming that it is unused. A requirement for the right of withdrawal to apply is that the delivered products must be unused and packaged in their original packaging. If damage occurs or if the products are lost, the right of withdrawal ceases to apply.
