Summer tyres
Summer tyres are optimised for temperatures above 7 degrees and give better grip, shorter braking distances and lower fuel consumption than winter tyres during the summer. Winter tyres
Winter tyres are compulsory in Sweden in winter road conditions between 1 December and 31 March. On a slippery surface it is the tyres, and nothing else, that decide the braking distance. We only sell 3PMSF-marked winter tyres that meet every Swedish legal requirement. Choose between studded tyres for maximum grip on ice or friction tyres for quieter running on ploughed ice and snow. How do you choose the right tyres?
Three things matter most whatever car you drive: the right dimension, the right load index and the right type for how you drive. You will find the tyre dimension in the car's handbook or on the marking on your existing tyres. The load index states how much weight a tyre can carry per wheel; never choose lower than the original. Choose the tyre type based on how and where you drive: summer tyres for the warm months, winter tyres for the cold ones, and AT if you drive in varied terrain. The simplest way is to enter your registration number on our site, which automatically filters out only the right options for your particular car.
